Spring equinox yoga will now be held Wednesday March 25 💖

Join us Wednesday, March 25th for Courtney's Spring Equinox yoga🌸 where we will honour the transition of the season and awaken our body, mind & soul to the new energy of spring!

This class will embody the grounding and slowness of winter and also align with the movement, light and new beginning of the months ahead.

This mixed level vinyasa flow class will link breath and movement to help you align with your own sense of wellbeing.
This class is meant to be a well-rounded yoga experience and suitable for all students.

In-Studio Yoga Registration ($225) includes:
90 minute in-studio yoga classes for 12 weeks with Carrie Schmidt
Cool Lemongrass towels
Assigned cubby for belongings & props
Exclusive use of props from the studio for those that do not have their own
Herbal Tea To- Go or to enjoy in the Sangha Tea Room

In Carrie's 12 week yoga session we will embark on a journey to explore new ways to become more grounded & focused both physically and mentally. This mixed level vinyasa flow class will link breath and movement to help you align with your own sense of wellbeing. In each class we will combine strength and flexibility, stability with movement and activation with stillness - the end result being to discover a new sense of personal empowerment and peace. ✌️

♥️ YIN Thursdays with Carrie ~
6:00 - 7:00 PM
Sept 21 - Dec 21 (No class Oct 19 or Nov 16)

In-Studio Yoga Registration ($199) includes:
60 minute in-studio yoga classes for 12 weeks with Carrie Schmidt
Cool Lemongrass towels
Assigned cubby for belongings & props
Exclusive use of props from the studio for those that do not have their own
Herbal Tea To- Go or to enjoy in the Sangha Tea Room
Students will need to bring a bolster (available for purchase at the studio if desired)

In Carrie's 12 week yin yoga session we will explore quieting the mind while going deeper in to the body. With slow movement and longer held poses (3-5 min), Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues and gives the body an opportunity to open and release tension from deeper tissues.
Working within the parasympathetic nervous system, this practice is deeply restorative and healing, increasing our energy and promoting a general sense of overall wellbeing.
These classes are meant to be a well-rounded yoga experience and suitable for all students.

To register for both classes there is a discounted rate of $399 for all 24 classes
