Hello, and welcome to Love and Light Wellness! My name is Jessica and I am so blessed and grateful you decided to join me here. I truly believe we all were born with the ability to connect with the spirit/energetic realm and that as we got older, we were programmed to believe it was just our active imaginations or attention seeking behavior, and ultimately we shut it off all together.
