Part-Time/Casual Receptionist 1 day per week [Friday] and holiday coverage of our Full-Time Receptionist.

We are excited to announce an opening for the position of Receptionist at Prairie Chiropractic and Wellness. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team. If you believe you have the skills and experience required for this role, we invite you to submit your resume for consideration.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate individuals.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and well-organized.
Maintain appointment schedule for the doctors and massage therapists in the office.
Provide general administrative support.

Ideal Qualifications:
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Word Documents.
Customer service-oriented.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Administration or Office Administration Diploma or experience.
