OID evolved from Olympia Fitness in January 2017.

With a few new owners and a couple previous owners, our goal was to put together a facility that would accommodate all fitness regimes with our personal touch. We want to focus on our members and help them become the best version of themselves through the services we offer and the atmosphere we have created. Our main area is a larger, with a more open concept with the highest quality brand name eq

uipment. Our space in the back is designed to accommodate all fitness levels, regimes, and group training. We wanted to create a new space that would attend to the athlete- of all ages. A space to be creative, to explore new movements, to channel your inner athlete.

-Here at Olympia we offer massage therapy, nutritional services, organic spray tanning, low intensity laser therapy, personal training, group training, power lifting club, multiple group classes and athlete training. We have a fully stocked pro shop that includes supplements, drinks, Liquid Muscle, SaskFit apparel, 22Fresh apparel and OID branded apparel.

2025 World Open Equipped Championships

Weyburn’s Olympia In Depth Powerlifting team had an athlete, Charlene Cossar, attend the IPF Open
Equipped World Championships in Romania, 🇷🇴
held from November 10-16, 2025. Ryan Fowler from
Olympia also attended as a coach.
Charlene competed in the equipped powerlifting division 76kg Open class, with the following results, placing 8th overall.

Squat: 205 kg
Bench: 115 kg
Deadlift: 205 kg
Total: 525 kg
