Changewinds

Changewinds Integrative health, wellness, and empowerment program for individuals and organizations

Our mission is to reverse the harm of colonialism for indigenous people in Canada and to restore health, functioning, cultural identity, and promote healthy integration (not assimilation) into mainstream Canadian society. Our clinicians are, at minimum, masters-level therapists and are a members of a professional counseling or psychological association in Canada. They have also received additional formal training in evidence-based trauma therapy, e.g. EDMR, and are practicing trauma therapists with a particular interest in working with indigenous clients.
