Join Our Front Desk + Clinical Support Team at Creekside Health
Creekside Health is hiring a Front Desk / Medical Office Assistant (MOA) to be a steady, patient-first presence at the front desk while supporting our clinical team behind the scenes.

What You Will Do:
• Welcome patients and manage check-in and check-out
• Book, adjust, and confirm appointments (phone, email, and in person)
• Support clinic flow for medical doctors and integrative practitioners
• Assist with admin tasks, patient inquiries, and day-to-day coordination
• Prepare and reset treatment and exam rooms as needed
• Stock, track, and order office and medical supplies
• Support third-party insurance billing and documentation
• Keep the front desk and shared spaces clean, calm, and organized
• Jump in where needed to support the team
Who We Are Looking For
• Experience in a medical or integrative clinic setting (MOA, medical admin, nursing, or similar)
• Confident in a front desk role: patient communication, scheduling, and managing clinic pace
• Strong organization, prioritization, and attention to detail
• Calm, professional demeanour, even during peak hours
• Quick problem-solver who can troubleshoot in real time
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Comfortable with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and clinic systems
• Experience with EMRs and Jane App is a strong asset
Compensation + Perks
• Starting wage: $28 per hour (higher based on experience)
