As parents we are up against so much. More so than previous generations where juggling children work and household chores was the norm. Now we have video consoles, smart phones, and with the emergence of AI a whole new battleground with our children. Join us for conversations that allow parents to take a breath, a sigh of relief. We are all doing the best we can and yes there are tools to get back to the important components that build a healthy stable life for our children.
