My kids had their first day of school yesterday, so it’s perfect timing that mom gets her first day of work photos today.

I’m happy to announce I’ll be joining the team at Active Natural Health in downtown Brooklin. I’ll continue to offer massage therapy treatments, hot and cold stone therapy, soft cupping, relaxation massage, and I’m now adding manual lymphatic drainage! What a great way to boost your immune system and reduce your stress!

📅 Appointments are now open! I’ll be working Mondays 11-3pm, Wednesdays 11-3pm, and 2 Saturdays a month.

THANK YOU!!

This year’s 12 Days of Giveaways was another huge success! We exceeded our fundraising goal and were able to hand over a cheque to Feed the Need in Durham]] for $1,005.00! That is 3,015 meals for our local community!

After speaking with LeeAnne from Feed the Need in Durham]] and listening to all the amazing initiatives they are undertaking (current and future!), we are even more confident and excited about where our fundraising efforts are going.

One statistic that really stuck in our minds was that food bank usage is up 58% since last year.

Feed the Need in Durham]] has more demands on their services than ever before, making our contribution even more important.

Thank you again for everyone who participated, donated and organized! We made a big difference in our local community!
