Here is what we do!
We are a team of professionals with over 15 years of experience working with families within mental health, developmental and psychosocial environments. It is our Vision that our communities will thrive exceptionally well from the roots of strong family systems. Our primary focus is the existing strengths of each client that we work with. We provide focused, qualified and experienced workers for 1:1 support of children and youth in need of coming to terms with and managing mental health diagnosis, acquiring lifeskill’s, supportive counselling or just reintegrating back into their community. Our stream of services is created to include all supportive networks that contribute to the overall wellbeing of the client which can include but not limited to, parents, caregivers, other professionals and peers. We also provide monthly workshops on a variety of topics.
