Good morning 🌄 I hope you are feeling ok out there? The energy is intense today with the full moon in libra lunar eclipse. Just know whatever you are feeling is what you are supposed to be feeling. Allow yourself to feel it and don't feel you need to change it or put a mask over it to show up in the world today.
We are in an energetic space of merging of opposites so to speak, in the terms of energy masculine above, feminine below, heaven and earth and the space in-between. This has nothing to do with gender but everything to do with energy. The subconscious, human, higher consciousness individual and collective, all in one and finding balance within it all.
We are being shown alot, of what we are holding in our subconscious and how that is affecting our bodies, carrying pain or tension creating disease and stagnant energy, and how and what we are creating in our lives from that space. Whatever it is that is comming up for you allow it, let it pass through and let it go, connect to water and let it clear out the pipes so to speak.
Negating these feelings whether it's anger, sadness, guilt, rejection ect isn't going to help do not shove them down and repress them, doesn't mean there is something wrong and you are not evolving or connected to your spiritual self by feeling them. THIS IS SPIRITUALITY! It isn't love and light all the time. This is how we bridge the union by letting go of all of the s**t that keeps us connected and plugged into the fear and pain matrix of the collective human subconscious. This is how we connect to being human and stop building unhealthy ego identies that keep us connected to masked illusions of self and away from our authentic truth of self.
This is how we raise our frequency to bridge our subconscious, human, and higher consciousness. It is the rebuilding of heaven on earth 🌎 ✨️ it is an act of self love ❤️

I just wanted to come on and express my gratitude for the ladies that joined my meditation last night and for everyone that comes and joins the circle Monday nights 🙏✨️ last night was an interesting experience for me as I was super excited to be sharing the topic and reiki experience of love and forgiveness with the group.
I had some new friends join the group so i was stoked and ready to go! I usually play music durring the meditations to aid in relaxation and i didn't notice until we were finished the entire meditation that music wasn't working. I came off the zoom meet and was immediately triggered with anger and frustration i gave myself some space .....i had to sit in my s**t lol all this stuff started to bubble up for me. So I sat in it. It is interesting what little things can trigger unmet unloved parts of ourselves.

I most definitely was releasing old programing to do with vanity and perfectionism. I realized that this is something that my parents also struggled with in their lives. I feel this is also such a huge collective program that is projected out there constantly through various differnt avenues and something that both men and women feel pressured to conform to so much pressure to be perfect all the time according to false standards that if allowed in create illusions of pain of non acceptance of ourselves.
I put my hand on my heart I immediately felt so much compassion flow through my body as tears streamed down my face I allowed myself to let go of the mask of vanity and perfectionism, the feelings of not enough fall away, I watched it shed away and fall into the void of unconditional love of the great mother, bringing it into the light of the creator. Forgiving myself for carrying it around for as long as I did.
I am greatful for this lesson and the continued lessons.
Doing this work reminds me time after time to always keep a beginners mindset for there is always wisdom to be found deep within when we allow ourselfs to feel and be held in a space of deep compassion and grace.
Holding space for one another and creating space for yourself is so important and I am so greatful for that space last night🙏✨️
This is what happens when we hold space for one another, and it ripples out from that space within ourselves and out into the collective and into the earth and this is how we heal ourselves and help others to heal and heal the earth🙏✨️
