Did you buy too much candy and are wondering what to do with it? (Other than eating it all this weekend 😬)

You have options! Sure, you can eat it or just throw it out, but if neither of those work for you, try these:

Repurpose it!
Get creative with your baking and make cookies or bark.
Use the candy to decorate your gingerbread house!
Chocolate can easily be frozen to enjoy at a later date.

You have lots of options to avoid consuming it all at once 😊.

Anyone who says mushrooms don’t offer much nutritional value, just doesn’t know anything about mushrooms!

They are a powerhouse of nutrients and have amazing antioxidant properties (especially the Japanese varieties!). They’re an excellent source of vitamin D, B vitamins and fibre, amongst many other important things.

Their meaty texture offers a great vegetarian option and they can standalone or be added to pretty much any dish. I’ll be making crab stuffed mushrooms this weekend!
