Before the appointment:
“I’m scared it’s going to hurt.”
“Are they going to look huge?”

Five minutes into numbing:
“Oh… I literally can’t feel anything.”

This is almost every first lip filler appointment.

The nerves are real 😬 — until you realize how calm and comfortable the process actually is. Then the next worry hits: swelling 😰

Yes, there’s temporary swelling. But 1-2 weeks later? It settles, softens, and suddenly you’re in our DMs wondering when you can come back for more 🤭

There’s a big difference between giving someone what they asked for… and giving them the result they actually want 🤞🏽

A patient came in with deep forehead lines and booked Tox. If we’d just injected and sent her home, her movement lines would soften — but the etched-in lines? Still there. She’d leave frustrated, thinking the treatment “didn’t work.” and that she just wasted her money 😤
