This is one of my favourite definititons of health.
When we think of health we often associate it with mostly physical traits…. There are SO many other factors that play into a person’s overall health. Mental and social aspects have HUGE impacts on someone’s overall health as well.

This past year has been so challenging for people to connect with one another and live mentally and socially complete lives. We have dealt with isolation, fear, anxiety and many other traumas that have arisen from this pandemic. Personally, I have really struggled this past year with my mental health, and I am willing to bet there are a lot of you out there that are in the same boat as I am.

This is why, this year I have chosen to participate in the CAMH Sunrise Challenge. My team and I will be fundraising to help support the great work that CAMH does for our community. Join me and my team (Osteo Genie) from May 31st until June 6th on social media to see .

Exciting news everyone...We are finally re-opening!! It has been such a long time since I have been able to see my wonderful patients, and I am so excited to get back to practicing. We will re-open at our new place of practice, Osteo Genie Wellness Hub in Whitby on Friday February 19th!!

We have some exciting news! Once we are out of lockdown and able to practice again we will be moving to a new location in Whitby! I am excited to be joining my longtime friend and mentor Jeannie Dhun as she heads on a new journey in clinic ownership!

A COVID-19 update for all of our wonderful patients! We have been deemed essential by the government as we provide our patients with a health care service. We will continue to accept patients for appointments.

Please do not come to your appointment if you are feeling unwell, have travelled outside of the country or to a high risk region, or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19. Masks continue to be mandatory throughout all appointments. These procedures are for the safety of your practitioner and other patients.

Stay safe everyone! So glad we are able to remain open to help provide pain relief and treatment to our patients!
