How are we coping with this summer heat, folks? Not long left until sweater weather is upon us, but until then, keep chugging those electrolytes! Did you know an electrolyte drink is so simple and easy to make at home? Here is a recipe to get you started:

- 1½ cups unsweetened coconut water
- ½ cup fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- Pinch of salt

Combine and pour into a glass of ice and enjoy!
