Schedule update!

⭐️ November is currently full (except a new opening tomorrow) and there are a handful of appointments left in December. I have a couple of appointments left over the Christmas break, and these have a “contact to book” flag on them. That simply means you must message me to book those appointments, as I am not accepting new patients during the break. Waitlist is always open and a reminder that I fill cancellations from the waitlist before posting on my stories or opening them online for booking.

The first half of 2026 is open for bookings 💖

Some news and updates to share……

⭐️ Going forward, ALL massage appointments will be called “Integrated Massage Therapy” (with the exception of Indie Head Massage). This gives me the flexibility to use all the tools in my massage tool box, based on your needs on the day of your appointment. In addition to Swedish Massage therapy, your treatment may include any combination of Reiki, MPS microcurrent therapy (including Scar Release Therapy and/or VNS), cupping and/or Indie Head Massage techniques.

⭐️ As of June 1, 2025, all Integrated Massage Therapy rates will be increasing as follows:
30 Minutes $70 ➡️ $80
45 Minutes $90 ➡️ $95
60 Minutes $105 ➡️ $110
75 Minutes $130 ➡️ $135
90 Minutes $145 ➡️ $150
60 Minutes Indie $105 ➡️ $110
HST is applicable on all fees
No changes to Scar, Auricular and Reiki fees.

⭐️ My schedule is now open for booking for the rest of 2025.

⭐️ NEW TREATMENT coming soon. This blissful treatment is based in Eastern philosophy and will target your lymphatics and relax the nervous system.

A Little About Me

Krystle graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Toronto. She enjoys treating clients of all ages and life paths and is very holistic in her approach to massage therapy. Krystle treats considering all 360 degrees of the body, bringing balance back to body and mind, while simultaneously relieving symptoms. She focuses on treating the root cause of your symptoms, therefore relieving pain and discomfort. She also believes that reducing stress and anxiety is a very important part of healing and ensures every massage includes an element of relaxation. Krystle makes sure every client leaves empowered with ways to help heal themselves. She has experience treating high-risk pregnant mothers at Sunnybrook, marathon runners, sports injuries, postural concerns, stress and anxiety, chronic and repetitive strain injuries, among many other conditions.
