Spending time with this crew of young gymnasts was a reminder that the strongest skills aren’t just physical—they’re mental. Today we dug into the foundations of a performance mindset: how to handle nerves, reset after mistakes, and stay focused on what you can control so you can show up as your best self, day after day.
Speaking with young, aspiring athletes is one of the favourite parts of this work. Helping them build confidence, emotional awareness, and healthy habits now gives them tools they can carry through sport and life—whether they’re chasing Olympic dreams or simply learning to believe in themselves.
