Yesterday I had a session with and I was lovingly reminded how important it is for all of us empathy, energy workers and those who work in the healing realm that maybe more than ever we need to be taking care of ourselves and getting support from our mentors, therapists, magic workers and so on.

The theme of 2026 is collaboration and connection.

Lean into that.

Fear is everywhere and it’s so strong right now!

But babe, YOU ARE STRONGER.

And yeah maybe you don’t believe me right now. I get it.

But if you’re reading this right now…consider that you’re better than you think.

You’re more capable than what that voice tells you.

You are more than your trauma. In fact your experience will be what helps others if you shared it.

Your impact is felt.

You are loved.

And most importantly, if you’re feeling a lot of fear, it means you have some big magic behind you.

Which means something even bigger.

1. Star Family-call in your supports. You are not meant to go through this alone so if you’ve been trying there is no need. You’ll move through your blocks faster when you’re supported.

2. Child of the Cosmos. Everything you need is in you already. So if there are doubts, questions, fears, fair enough. But if you already have the answer why aren’t you listening? Just go do the things you feel pulled to do.

3. You’re not for Everyone. Embrace your weirdness, seriously. We’re not meant to please everybody or make sure everyone is happy, we’re meant to shine our own magic out into the world and this who are here for it will come through. You can’t please everyone. You’re not pizza.
