Let me tell you, these last two weeks have been blown my mind as far as seeing what I’m capable of.

Never did I EVER think I could do what I’m doing right now.

And all that fear I had before, the s**t that was consuming me, now I’m like: “that was nothing compared to this”. That’s the vibe moving forward.

You have NO idea how much you can be stretched. For real. And when you are you’ll see that what you’re obsessing about now really wasn’t that bad at all.

So, go do the thing you’ve been afraid to. Show yourself what you’re made of.

You’ll probably be shocked.

2. Butterfly: Fear of change can hold you back. Let the beauty and joy that await you inspire your courage. Trust that achieving your goal will be worth it. Don’t be afraid to let yourself grow and do something new. Are you afraid to change, especially if it means having to give up parts of yourself in the process?

2. Sickle: clearing and cutting away dead matter and control overgrowth allows for new growth to take place uninhibited. Clearing space reinforces available resources so new life can continue. This card reminds you to cut away what drains your energy so that new growth can take place. What parts of your life do you need to cut back or cut out completely so new life can grow?

3. Pine Tree: the pine tree card tells you to hang in there. Life may be knocking you around a bit, but even dented, you’re reliable and can last longer than you think. Have you given up on something you shouldn’t have?

And before you say “ok but is there a mental health situation here?” Hear me out.

What I mean is you’re not hearing voices in your head per se, but you’re connecting to the parts of yourself that may need to be listened to. Brain, heart, subconscious? Those parts of yourself that are holding onto old energy?

I’ve found that when I have an open dialogue with myself from a place of inquiry….asking myself “why is that happening” or “why is this coming up now?” Opens up a lot for me. It’s interesting and very healing.

So take this an invitation to try on having some self conversations and do let me know how it goes.
