Kids don’t need to be still or be quiet to receive reflexology. They get to come exactly as they are.
(although parents are often surprised by how calm their children feel - without being asked to relax)
As an ADHDer myself, creating a safe, flexible, and pressure-free space for children is something I’m deeply intentional about. Movement, play, talking, and resting is all part of how kids regulate.
Some kids lie back and rest. Some even fall asleep. Others chat, read, or play. All of it is welcome.
Reflexology offers gentle input that supports the nervous system without forcing or fixing, which helps to meet each child where they’re at, every time.
Parents also get an opportunity to learn simple reflexology moves to support their child at home.
If you’re curious whether reflexology could support your child (ages 3–12), I’m always happy to talk it through 🤍
