Killed my shoulders and soaked my shirt with hard earned sweat with insanity max 30 tabata strength 💪🏻💪🏻

Week 4 day 2 ✔️.

Even tho my nutrition has been extremely up and down I'm still seeing definition and toning happening 😃

Now if I could just get that's down I'd be seeing INSANE results!! The struggle is real lol but I still feel great and confident which is huge. I remember a time when I would look at the floor well I walked around hoping no one would notice me, just blend in !

Forget that's, I was made to STAND OUT and bring others out of their shell too! This is just one of many things Beachbody has done for me!

It was a struggle to get myself to push play but def need to be done after a weekend full of sh*tty food! Damn double stuffed fudgeos in all their chocolaty goodness :( lol and the cake today not once but TWICE for a co worker who's leaving ( again chocolate my weakness 😭) smh

So I restarted week 3 of insanity max 30 since I got all messed up working in other workouts (finishing Shaun t week and shift shop sneak peak) as well as missing a few due to family events. All that could make me give up and throw in the towel but this is a journey not a race ! I'll get there when I get there but I WILL GET THERE! 👊

lol . Needed to get moving today so I finally did workout💪🏻 little frustrating as I had multiple interruptions from the but such is . It may not have been the perfect workout but I still and broke a burning 332 in 34 min 🔥👊

today! I finally did 2.0 (day6 of ) which got me pretty good in only 25 min but I felt I had a little more to give so I added in a 15 min 🔥 workout which I ❤️!! It's but so much fun!!

12 min in my peak !!!Holy smokes 💦😅

As you can tell from the video I myself, it's not easy! I clearly don't just walk through these workouts, ANY of them! I'm just like 😝 I have just that I'm worth doing the things most people won't do, because it's hard.

I feel way better, accomplished and 💪🏻 def ready to I have to wear tommorow while we watch my oldest step son tommorow night 🎉

Today marks the start of week 3 of insanity max 30 :) today I tried a sneak peak of our NEWEST program with our newest TRAINER !! SHIFT SHOP:) it was fun and a great workout ! Def looking forward to giving it a go after it comes out in JULY 👌 once I finish insanity max 30 that is lol

Anyway the following are my results from the last 2 weeks as this is just the start of the 3rd week. Honestly my nutrition has still been up and down but I'm working on it. Still seeing results even tho I haven't been perfect which is just PROOF that they work!

Nothing happens overnight but little by little you improve, you get stronger, more confident and happy until you don't even recognize the person from day 1!

I've taken 5.5" off in 2 weeks and have visible toning starting :) what have you done the last 2 weeks?

Today is my and the is kind of crappy so my energy level is basically non existent! BUT I took a look back and then forced myself to 👊 I didn't get here sitting on my and im not going to reach my without 💪🏻 ✔️ and ✔️

Sometimes we get so on the we lose of the . Look back! Remember where you started and be of how far you have come😝

After some technical difficulty I mananged to get both Day 3 of Shaun T week and insanity max 30 sweat intervals workouts.

I was supposed to do sweat intervals with 10 min an attack but I figured to added 30 min workout was enough lol and well I totally MAXED OUT💥! Literally had no fuel left in my body, dripping sweat, 💦red faced and my whole body was jelly 😅

Thankful that hubby Roland Cluett took our little bo**er outside so I could focus and go full out ❤️

The last 3 days have been intense but I know it's worth it 👍
