🌸 Women’s health concerns including PCOS and Endometriosis, focusing on emotional wellbeing, self-compassion, and chronic illness grief

Approaches include: CBT, compassion focused CBT, Narrative Therapy, solution focused, ACT, DBT, IFS Informed, Trauma-Focused CBT, person centered, and somatic techniques.

Whether you’re managing anxiety, depression, or life changes, therapy can be a space to feel seen, supported, and empowered.

Stressed, overwhelmed, or burnt out? 😫 We've all been there before.

Here are 5 simple steps you can take in the moment:

🫁1. Pause and breathe slowly for 1–2 minutes.
Let your body settle before you do anything else.

😴2. Name what you’re feeling.
Say quietly: “I’m overwhelmed,” or “I’m exhausted.”

❌️3. Lower your load immediately.
Pick one thing to drop, delay, or delegate.

🥗4. Care for your body right now.
Drink water, eat something small, or move gently.

🚶‍♂️5. Choose one tiny reset.
Take a short walk, sit in silence, or do something soothing for 5 minutes.

If stress or burnout feels constant or unmanageable, therapy can help you understand what’s driving it and build sustainable ways to cope, set boundaries, and feel better in your body and your life.

Someday you’ll get a voice in your head telling you all the reasons you shouldn’t take the next step. Its very important you ignore that voice and take the next step anyways ✨️

Your 20s is all about finding yourself and figuring out the life you want to live. Don't let fear or self doubt be in control of your decisions. You absolutely can do anything that you set your mind to.

In 2025 I took the biggest step quitting my full time 9-5 job to pursue counselling full time. It was scary and there were moments of extreme anxiety. However, I am so glad I took that step. Feeling extremely grateful and appreciative to all my clients, mentors, loved ones, and colleagues making Bloom Rising Psychotherapy possible. 🪷

My younger self would be so proud to see where I am today 👧 This is your reminder to trust in yourself, make mistakes, and have fun during every moment.

🚫ADHD burnout is often mistaken for laziness, but here's the truth, they are not the same.

🔋Burnout looks like wanting to do the thing and feeling completely drained anyway.
Laziness is a lack of desire, not a lack of capacity.

🌧If your brain feels foggy, tasks feel overwhelming, and rest doesn’t actually restore you, you’re not failing, you’re burned out. And that deserves compassion, not criticism.
