Limiting beliefs are a construct of the outward facing amnesiac, somewhat blind egoic mind. It can not truly see what exists It can not see the energy of what is the truth behind the density of the physicality you see on the earth plane. The truth is the energy. The “illusion” is the physicality you see. The egoic mind tries to rectify, resolve this without you being able to access all of the information when it is not practiced in meditation and connecting. This causes it to fill in the blanks thus creating constructs not based on the reality of what truly is. Without a strong connection with the I Am, the egoic mind fills in the gaps, doing the best it can to synthesize the limited information it sees and protect the individuals body and ego from any further harm. Yet it is doing this without a true guidance system, when disconnected. So through no fault of its own, the egoic mind creates boundaries, limits, safe little boxes to live in, thinking this will create order out of chaos, create safety when it feels none. When the mind starts truly connecting with Divine the higher self, the I am, the mind then starts to get truth. Slowly, gradually it will awaken to this truth at its own pace. Each person’s pace and path looks different and this is as it should be. Do not compare your path to anothers. Please. As the egoic mind connects more often, the energetic cords delivering truth of reality grow stronger, increase in resonance and vibration. This will naturally let some limiting beliefs dissolve away. It will bring up other limiting beliefs for the individual to face, work through and then have the opportunity to release. Each limiting belief released brings the truth closer in, increases the clarity of reality. Each limiting belief released expands the consciousness and raises the individual and the collective vibration. This is the goal dear ones. This is the journey.
To release limiting beliefs then in the most effortless way possible, one must first connect with the I am and with Divine love energy and light. The more connected one is in this manner, the more rapid limiting beliefs can be faced and then released to be transmuted back into divine love energy. All energy is recycled if you will. It can be virtually impossible to release some more ingrained limiting beliefs without the freedom of this strong connection. To these individuals limiting beliefs will simply look like truth, reality and it becomes hard to question thus hard to move the needle of resistance and one can’t even see there is a resistance in play whatsoever.
So in order to release limiting beliefs, connect repeat, and listen.
