Meet Heidi!

As a Registered Clinical Counsellor, former middle school educator, and parent of adult daughters, Heidi draws from both personal and professional experience to support others with empathy, insight, and hope. She believes meaningful change begins in a safe space where clients feel seen, understood, and supported.
At the heart of her work is a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and safety. Using primarily an Internal Family Systems approach, Heidi meets each client where they are, honoring their unique story and path toward growth.
