Grant focuses on rehabilitation, fascial work, deep tissue and sports massage. Combined with a background in Reiki and other relaxation techniques, Grant is able to provide specific treatment focused massage, general relaxation massage or a nice blend of the two. Working with you as the client to develop an individual treatment and approach that will suit your goals.

Many people experience chronic pain after surgery. The surgery itself may have been successful and the person may have visibly recovered, but the pain from the surgery can linger for weeks, months or even years. Massage therapy can help relieve post surgical pain and stiffness, and improve physical function after surgery.
