Come to Align Studio for a Calming BodyMind Practice on Tuesdays this December. We will share in embodiment practices using gentle movement, breathework, sound healing and meditation/mindfulness practices.

This is a great practice to support you during the hectic holiday season. Take time for nourishing you and find your inner peace to carry through the holiday season.

🌟 What an excellent last-of-the-season Adult Beginner Ballet class! 🌟 Over the past 8 weeks, we developed such amazing technique and beautiful artistry — it truly showed in every step, turn, and graceful movement we shared together. 💖

I’m so proud of how far everyone came in such a short time — your dedication, growth, and joy in learning ballet have been inspiring to witness. 🩰✨
