Today we say goodbye to our beloved Max, 13 years old Livestock Guardian Dog.

He was pure gentleness. We will miss him very much. We are very grateful for his service on our farm, protecting our sheep, and all the cuddles we got.

I’m lacking words at the moment but these pictures are representing him well.

We had a beautiful litter of LGD from him and Demi and still have two of them Pierre & Jeanne.

The goal is to share healthy ways to care for each other and reconnect after long days of work and adulting.

No need to be experienced in yoga, nor flexible, just be willing to have a good time with each other while shedding off built up tensions.

New *fun* class in the Studio 🤸‍♂️

Ball Yoga!

Some of you know I used to teach it at the Owen Sound YMCA for many years, and during these long snow days I found my yoga balls again and decided to teach these classes to you!

It’s amazing for core, balance, upper body strength and so much fun.

Classes are 45min, semi-private group (5 people only), starting Thursday January 29th at 6pm, cost $20 (ball is provided), no experience needed.

There’s a regular yoga class following at 7pm if you want to blend « exercise & relaxation » in one place, on one evening!
