Classes are by appointment and RSVP required Personal training in a private home setting. Full home gym with a weight stack, treadmill, stepper, total gym, suspension trainers, spin bikes, step, bosu, stability ball, weights (of course!!). One on one personal training and group training (bootcamp/spin) available. Plan is designed based on YOUR goals and schedule. Can Fit Pro certified as a personal trainer and loving teaching bootcamp and spin. LOVING helping others achieve their goals and getting ladies stronger, fitter and faster!! April plan! Guest instructor! Sydney is excited to keep bootcamps rolling for the TUES EVENING class in APRIL.
I am booked for ankle surgery April 2 and will have to be off for a while (will know post op details after surgery better)
It will be MY PROGRAMMING for class and TUES EVE class will be available to CURRENT BOOTCAMPERS until I am able to return coaching.

WEIGHT loss is a COMMON question!!!
Training is just a part of the puzzle! I REALLY agree with this podcast and had the pleasure of meeting Hannah through Sydney's love of volleyball.
Her website is fantastic if you are looking for a program (I haven't done them) podcast or blog for more information to better your health!
