So very true…when you can feel the emotion fully it will release on its own. It’s when we resist feeling the emotion due to the uncomfortableness of it we will need to revisit it at a later date as it waits for us to be ready to release it.
This is where the Emotion Code can help as it releases those emotions we have long forgotten we created and resisted to feel. Instead they have been waiting in your energy field for you to allow them to move through.
The only way out …is through.

Universe = You In Verse
The universe doesn't respond to what you want. It responds to who you are being.
Your self-concept writes the script. Your identity sets the tone. Reality follows the signal you broadcast from within. As within, so without isn't philosophy, it's mechanics. Change the inner posture and the outer world rearranges itself. When you stabilise a new sense of self, life has no choice but to mirror it back. You are not inside the universe. The universe is moving through you, in verse, line by line, thought by thought, belief by belief.
