Dear patients & friends,

It's getting to be that time of year again! Just a couple of updates.

🚗 If you are unable to make it to your scheduled appointment due to road conditions, please give me a call and let me know. As long as your reason to see the doctor doesn't require a physical examination, your appointment can be switched easily to be over the telephone. As much as a we love to see all of your faces, your safety is more important! That being said, please note that if you decide to not come to your appointment and you don't let me know, it will count as a no-show and our no-show policy is still in effect.

🎄 This year, our holiday hours will be as follows: December 12 to 24 - Reception only. December 25 to January 5 - Closed. I will post these again closer to the time.

I just want to take a moment to wish you all a happy and safe Thanksgiving!

The clinic will be closed on Monday, October 13, for the holiday. I will also be away on Friday, October 17. The doctor will be here though, so patients with scheduled appointments for October 17, please attend as you normally would.

Interior Health has issued a drug poisoning overdose alert for Williams Lake, in effect until May 30, 2025.

Dear patients & friends,

Just a few quick updates.

🎅 HOLIDAY CLOSURE - It will be just myself in the clinic, starting December 20, until January 8, while Dr. Steyl is on holiday. The clinic will be closed December 25 and 26, and then again on January 1 and 2.

📧 FB MESSAGE ISSUES - The issue mentioned in my previous post, whatever was happening, seems to have resolved itself. Once again, Facebook was absolutely no help in solving this problem.

📲 TEXT REMINDERS - Starting in the new year, I am going to be getting the capability of sending out text reminders, for appointments and if you need follow up. You will also be able to schedule your own appointments through a web portal. I will post more information regarding this when the dates are confirmed.
