Happening tomorrow!

Big emotions don’t come with instructions — for youth or for parents/caregivers.

If you’ve ever found yourself unsure what to say or do in those moments, this upcoming session at Foundry offers a chance to explore that together.

Advanced Caregiving (EFFT) focuses on understanding how youth experience emotions and how caregivers can respond in ways that support, not escalate.

Wednesday, April 29 | 5:00–6:30 pm | Foundry Cariboo Chilcotin
Led by Nick Astle, Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC).

You don’t need to have attended any previous sessions — each one stands on its own.

We hope you join us!

Planning your week with little ones? We’ve got a couple of simple options for you.

Early Years runs Tuesday & Wednesday from 10:30–11:30 AM — a welcoming drop-in where children ages 0–6 can explore, play, and move through a variety of hands-on spaces.

Mom’s Connection takes place Tuesday from 1:30–3:30 PM — a relaxed afternoon for moms and babies to spend time together, have a coffee, and connect with others in the same stage of life.

Whether you’re looking for active play in the morning or a slower-paced space to connect in the afternoon, we’ve got you covered.
We’d love to see you this week!
