✨Prenatal Yoga begins again next Sunday, October 19.
This 6-week series is designed to nurture and transform your pregnancy journey. Each class blends gentle yoga postures with empowering birth affirmations and guided meditation, leaving you feeling reassured, calm, and connected to your growing baby.
You’ll learn safe and effective ways to support your changing body, ease common pregnancy discomforts, improve sleep, and reduce daily stress. Breathwork and mindfulness practices will help you prepare for labour and motherhood, while small class sizes create space for connection with other expecting mamas. Together, we’ll celebrate the strength of your pregnant body and foster trust in its ability to birth.
