My name is Andrew Maisonville, and I am the founder of Maison Soul Solutions. My passion is to help the lost, unmotivated, and unhappy to find purpose and meaning so they can take their life back and regain direction to achieve a prosperous future. By sharing my guidance and lived experiences, I help to offer tangible options that empower and offer life-long solutions through heart-centered programs and complete dedication to my clients. My story has shaped and molded me into who I am today, and the pain I experienced throughout my life strengthened me in ways I never knew possible. From finding out I was adopted in my teens, to the death of my baby son, to being falsely accused and later cleared of causing it, to losing my mother, brother and sister, to being in toxic abusive relationships, facing depression, food addiction, living as a single father, caring for a special needs child, having a small but serious heart attack, and more. My life has been anything but easy, but it has also been empowering and purpose-driven. I grew strong from my pain and transformed my life into one of courage, faith, determination, and success. I was tested and challenged so many times, where others would have given up, but I chose to rise up and prevailed every time. I know about abandonment, adapting, loss, depression, but also about hard work and what it takes to love yourself, develop accountability, motivation, confidence, and leadership. I recognize my strength and believe it to be so powerful that I need to share it with others. Because I didn’t have anyone to lean on when I was dealing with my pain, I know how incredibly difficult it is to do it alone. This is why I decided to create lifestyle-changing programs aimed at helping people take their life back so they don’t have to feel victimized by their circumstances and so they can experience true happiness. I work primarily with single parents and women leaving abusive relationships, as well as those seeking guidance and motivation. I also have specialized programs for teens experiencing depression. What separates me from other coaches is the true transformation process I can offer my clients, which is tangible long-term solutions that will empower them to take their life back and never look back. I am focused, not only on the day-by-day processes of transformation but also on the mindset and habits that create them. I work with my clients to ensure that they achieve their end goals, which is a soul-oriented holistic solution. With my guidance, my clients come up with strategies that work for their lifestyles and personalities that instill the habits and discipline necessary to achieve lifelong success. Everything I have been through and how I felt while I experienced it motivated me to help people get through the hard times by being a rock in their lives. I am far from done and know this is only the beginning. I have my journey to thank for that.

As this year comes to a close, I find myself reflecting on what truly matters and these three images say it better than words ever could.

My kids.
My wife.
And the man I continue to work on becoming.

There are so many things I’m grateful for this year, the lessons that challenged me, the moments that humbled me, the growth that came from discomfort, and the clarity earned through hard work. None of it happened by accident. Every experience shaped me, strengthened me, and reminded me why I refuse to live on autopilot.

Family is everything to me. It’s my anchor and my motivation. It’s the reason I choose discipline over excuses, growth over comfort, and accountability over avoidance. Every day, I dedicate myself to becoming a better man, not just for myself, but for the people who walk this life with me and depend on me to lead with integrity.

“New year, new me” isn’t about changing who I am, it’s about elevating who I already know I’m capable of being.

Here’s to another year of growth, purpose, and showing up fully, for myself and for those I love most.

Too many people wait for motivation, inspiration, or the “perfect moment” to show up. That’s not how change happens.

Discipline is showing up even when you don’t feel like it.
It’s doing the hard work when it’s uncomfortable.
It’s pushing past the excuses, the doubt, the fear and keeping your promises to yourself.

Your breakthrough is on the other side of effort.
The bridge is built one disciplined choice at a time.

Are you ready to start crossing it?

No matter what this year threw at you, you’re still standing, still growing, still moving forward. That’s something worth celebrating. This season is your reminder to slow down, take a breath, and give yourself credit for how far you’ve come.

Christmas doesn’t have to be perfect to be powerful. It’s about hope, connection, laughter, and those small moments that remind you why you keep going. Let today be light. Let it be warm. Let it refill you.

Here’s to gratitude, fresh perspective, and believing in what’s ahead.
Wishing you peace, joy, and good energy today and into the new year.

Recently, with all the hiring at Chrysler’s Stellantis plant here in Windsor, it got me thinking…

Life is temporary. Jobs, titles, stability, none of it lasts forever. I spent seven years there, others 30, but eventually, our time anywhere comes to an end. With AI, political changes, tariffs, and all the shifts happening around us, things are moving faster than ever.

So if you’ve ever had an idea, a dream, or a vision you didn’t pursue… now is the time to position yourself. Don’t wait for “the perfect moment.” That new job, that big opportunity, it might change your life temporarily, but true change comes when you start crafting your own path.

Think bigger. Dream bigger. Take action. Sometimes the universe has a way of blessing you with something far beyond what you could have imagined.

Your future is waiting... are you ready to step into it?

Gratitude isn’t about pretending everything is okay.
It’s about having the courage to look at your life from a different angle, especially when it feels heavy.

It’s realizing that even in the middle of stress, grief, or loneliness, there are things you still carry within you.
Strength you didn’t ask for but earned.
Resilience built through moments you thought would break you.
The ability to keep showing up, even when you’re tired, even when the season feels overwhelming.

Christmas isn’t easy for everyone.
For some, it magnifies what’s missing, people, connection, peace, certainty.
It can stir memories, loss, pressure, and expectations that feel impossible to live up to.

And yet… look at you.
Look at what you’ve survived.
Look at everything you are still capable of doing, becoming, and creating.

Gratitude, in this season, doesn’t have to be loud or forced.
Sometimes it’s simply acknowledging, I’m still here. I’m still breathing. I’m still moving forward.

And that, on its own, is something to be grateful for.

Mountains don’t stand tall to impress anyone.
They stand as a reminder.

Strength isn’t built overnight.
It’s built through patience when nothing seems to be moving.
Endurance when the climb feels heavy.
And time, showing up again and again, even when the results aren’t visible yet.

Real strength is quiet.
It doesn’t rush.
It doesn’t need validation.

If you’re in a season where progress feels slow, trust it.
You’re not stuck, you’re being built.

4 things you shouldn’t carry into the new year.

Not excuses disguised as reasons.
At some point, explanations stop protecting you and start keeping you stuck. Ownership is uncomfortable — but it’s where real change begins.

Not anger you never dealt with.
Unprocessed anger doesn’t disappear. It shows up in your work, your relationships, and the way you move through life. Strength is facing it, not burying it.

Not the version of you that was built only to survive.
That man did what he had to do.
But the version you’re becoming requires discipline, clarity, and purpose.

And not people who drain you instead of challenge you.
Some connections hold you back under the label of “loyalty” or “family.”
The right people push you forward. The rest are weight.

New year. New standard.
Become the stronger version of you.

New Episode Alert 🎙️

Understanding narcissism isn’t simple, but it can be broken down. This is Part 2 of the Understanding Narcissism series.

In this episode, I respond to a concern that came up after the introduction episode and clarify something important, how confidence connects to narcissism, and why it’s only one ingredient in a much bigger picture.

This conversation is about nuance, self-awareness, and learning to look at ourselves and others with more clarity instead of labels.

Why do we keep repeating the same relationship patterns?

Because too many people end one relationship, never heal, never look inward… and jump straight into the next one.

That’s not growth, that’s bleeding on new people.

If you don’t stop, reflect, and address your own issues, the same wounds will follow you into every connection, partners, friends, family, all of it. Eventually, the common denominator becomes you.

Give yourself time to breathe.
Stop the bleeding.
No patch jobs. No temporary fixes.

Do the hard internal work before you move on, otherwise you’ll keep sabotaging others while really just sabotaging yourself.

Unshakable confidence isn’t loud.
It doesn’t need an audience.
And it sure as hell doesn’t come from other people believing in you first.

Most people spend their lives looking outward, partners, friends, social media, success, hoping something will finally make them feel solid. But borrowed confidence always expires.

Real confidence is built in the quiet moments.
When you show up even when no one’s watching.
When you keep going even when you doubt yourself.
When you prove to yourself, over and over, I can handle this. I won’t abandon myself.

That’s where it’s born.

So ask yourself,
If everything external was stripped away…
Would you still believe in you?

What about you?

Pain hits everyone. The losses. The betrayals. The moments when life feels like it’s pushing you under and you can’t breathe. That’s the reality of life. The question is: what are you going to do with it?

Most people let pain control them. They let it define them, limit them, keep them stuck. But here’s the truth: pain is fuel. Pain is power.

Turning your pain into power doesn’t mean it goes away. It doesn’t mean it’s easy. It means you use it as leverage. You take every setback, every hurt, every disappointment, and you let it push you forward instead of holding you back. You grow stronger, smarter, sharper. You take control of your story instead of letting life write it for you.
