Why do you want to dance
What does dancing do for you

For me dancing is my life
It's my expression
It frees me from the confines of my mind

Dancing is a way to be fully in touch with my soul

Its liberating
It brings out the silliness and the wild woman in me

My life is always better after a dance

My manifestations are almost immediate

My heart is full
I feel supported
I know I am a powerful magnet
of light

I feel the presence of spiritual beings there with me when I dance

When I dance I am in my greatest Joy
