This Ecstatic Channel Dance was created by me, Rose Jabbour 🌹

My vision is to create a community that allows anyone to be blessed; to heal; to let go and to stretch. While also manifesting your greatest blessings. Manifesting at its best !!

This dance program will heal you on a quantum level 💠 physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Balance mind, body, spirit and soul. What could be better than this !!

Start your Christmas season and end your 2025 year (year of the snake) of shedding and transmutation with a gentle, uplifting exchange in the support of a safe loving group in a cozy beautiful space. (Celeste's Cafe, lower level studio)❤️

ECSTATIC CHANNEL DANCE :

We will begin our session (1st hour) with healing and letting go practices, which include the following :

🙏🏻 Prayer (blessings/ annoying)
🧘🏻‍♀️ Meditation (channeled)
🙌🏻 Reiki (guided self healing)
🧎🏻‍♀️Yoga (guided postures)

🎄Then we will have a 5 min washroom break 🎄

The 2nd Portion of this class will be as follows:

🚶🏻‍♀️Slow Dance (guided warm up movements)

💃🏻 Fast Dance (guided Manifesting techniques and Sacred Geometry symbols. These will generate magical 🪄✨ miraculous blessings.

🧘🏻‍♀️ Cool down Stretches

🙌🏻 Sharing Circle

🍜Then we will proceed upstairs to Celeste's Cafe for a light comforting luncheon 🍇

This unique experience is one you don't want to miss.

Our Introductory Fee is $70 (Dec 12, 19th 2025)

Our Regular fee is $90 and starts January 9th 2026. This is a weekly class Fridays from 10am to 12pm. Come to one or more. Whatever calls to you. Bring a friend; meet new people and be a part of an amazing community of Magnificence ♦️♦️♦️
