Performance Stretch Therapy is currently running a referral sale. To participate, refer three or more people to Performance Stretch Therapy. The referred individuals must complete either a 90-minute treatment (initial treatment) or a 60-minute treatment, and they must state your first and last name as the referrer. Your referrals can book their appointments through the link in the bio, email (semerariccardi@gmail.com), or text (2265068825).

Once your referrals complete their paid sessions, you will receive a free 60-minute session. Please note that referral names and connections can only be used once. For example, if Samantha refers Jennifer, Jennifer cannot refer Samantha, and John cannot use Jennifer as his referral.

New clients are welcome to participate in the referral program and refer their friends. However, to earn a free session, the individuals you referred must have completed a paid session. There is no time limit on claiming your free session/sessions.

If you are a new client, please book your session through the link and click on “referral sale” to be included in the program. If you are an existing client, this is not necessary.

Remember, the more you refer, the more you earn. If you refer six new clients, and they complete a paid session, you will receive two free 60-minute sessions, and so on.

Thrilled to announce that I completed my second half marathon. It was a very cool experience to run across two international boarders. Big thank you to my running mentor David Haug for supporting and running with me on this run. I am very excited to continue my running journey!

Big thank you to for allowing me to share my practice at the annual CIBC run for the cure 5K run/ 1K walk.
As someone who has had family members survive and pass due to breast cancer, it was an honour to volunteer at this event.

I would also like to thank and all of the volunteers. Without all of their hard work, this event could not be possible.

Pleased to announce that I completed my first half marathon this past weekend! My running journey has defiantly not been linear, but it was more than worth it once I crossed that finish line! I am very excited to see where running can take me (i.e., friendships, performance, etc.). Detroit free press …. You’re next on the list!

Marathon training means more mileage per week, which sadly means more aches and pains. If you are feeling sore from your training (i..e, pre season sports include cross country, hockey, soccer, etc.). Please reach out!
