The 2026 theme for World Down Syndrome Day is Together Against Loneliness. People with disabilities often face social isolation. True belonging requires active and meaningful participation in schools, workplaces, and social activities.

What a great day! We started the morning off with some exercise in the mall, then spent the rest of the day enjoying the sun shining through the windows while we were at the Cookie Bar playing games with community friends Freedom Respite Program and Sarah Oszter’s Services .

Big Time x 2

Ethan was a big time winner (needed Micheals help to hold his coins) so he and treated himself/friends with some prizes. Cory and I enjoyed some apps and couldn't leave without a photo booth visit. Big Time Entertainment Windsor

March 21st isn't just a date on the calendar; it’s a global celebration of the incredible people in our lives living with Down syndrome.

​Why 3/21? It represents the three copies of the 21st chromosome that make our friends —so unique.

💛💙 Meet John 💙💛.. He is our Star Of The Day Today.. John is a very energetic, positive guy who has endless love for family and friends. I really enjoyed working with John and Guys he has a youtube Channel. called "Holidays with John" Go check it out and show him some support. John loves supporting other local businesses in our community such as Soda Pop Bros, Staci Bakes, Torus Doughnuts, Iron Kettle, Cookie Bar so many of you who work there or go there often may see him around. He loves Knobbys Kids hockey program and playing the keyboard. I look forward to seeing his next youtube video.

Did you know that March 21st is World Down syndrome Day? Shout it from the roof top!!! Let's bring awareness.. We are celebrating for a full month. From Feb 21st to March 21st we will have a "Star of the Day" posted on our socials with a little bit about them and what they love...
