To me, one of the greatest tragedies of the age of influence is the quiet loss of the self.
We’re constantly surrounded by curated versions of happiness—what to buy, how to live, what a “good” routine looks like, who seems fulfilled. And somewhere in all of that noise, it gets harder to hear our own voice.
Do we actually know what we want anymore?
Or are we chasing what looks good on someone else?
Loving yourself isn’t about fixing, improving, or becoming something different. It’s about getting quiet enough to notice what already brings you peace. What feels true in your body, your life, your season.
If I could wish one thing for everyone, it would be this:
that you recognize how important you already are, and how powerful your differences are.
Let this be an intention—not to become more, but to come home to yourself.
Because self-love isn’t selfish. It’s where clarity, peace, and real joy begin.
