Riverside Psychotherapy The best relationship we should have is our relationship with ourselves. My name is Louise Cocchetto, and I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology.

I am also a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists in Ontario. I believe that the therapeutic alliance between you and your therapist is essential for success. Therefore, my therapy approach is based on your needs and views. My main goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental and empathic place to help you explore the challenges you may be experiencing. I work with teens, adolescents and adults experiencing trouble with life's issues, such as life transitions, trauma, self-esteem, anxiety and relationship issues. I believe in acknowledging the impact of our social structures in our lives to help people recognize their strengths and value in this world. Each person is deserving of dignity and respect. It takes courage to open up to someone. So I want to remind you that I look upon you as a strong person for being here. When you become overwhelmed with negative feelings, I will listen without judgement and with compassion and help you discover the resilience you hold and the strengths you possess and have used throughout your life.
