❄️ **Winter Weather Update**❄️

The snow has arrived, and we want to make sure all our patients stay safe when visiting us!

Our parking lot is maintained by plow and shovel crew and salted to provide clear and safe access to the clinic. 🚗✨

As always, with snow or heavy traffic, **we recommend using the Riberdy Rd entrance into the parking lot**, which may be safer and easier to navigate than entering and exiting at Walker Rd.

Please take your time on the roads, drive carefully, and we’ll see you soon. Stay warm and stay safe! ❄️💙

❄️🌨️☃️Snow Shoveling Safety Tips

Shoveling snow can be great exercise, but it’s important to do it safely! Here are some quick tips to avoid injury:

1. **Warm up first** - Stretch to loosen your muscles.
2. **Use a proper shovel** - Choose one with a comfortable grip and a lightweight design.
3. **Lift with your legs** - Not your back! Bend at your knees, not your waist.
4. **Take breaks** - Don’t overexert yourself. Stay hydrated and rest when needed.
5. **Dress appropriately** - Wear layers, but avoid overheating.
6. **Be cautious of ice** - Watch your step to prevent slips and falls.
