Show up for yourself in this four-part series designed to establish balance and calm with healthy practices: creating space for yourself, and cultivating presence & inner peace. This is an opportunity for reflection, self-care, and to nourish one’s energy, compassion, and loving presence 🪷
Cultivating Mindful Presence & Inner Peace is created and intended for anyone who identifies as a caregiver (educator, health provider, parent, child of aging parent, etc.). Fill your cup with the gift of self-care — only then can you truly uplift others.
This workshop will explore multiple limbs of yoga including breathing exercises (pranayama), meditation, and movement (asana) through gentle hatha yoga poses. Each class will conclude with yoga nidra (yogic sleep,) which is a practice that offers deep rest and restoration.
