In collaboration with the Windsor Essex Therapeutic Riding Association (WETRA), Sonder Therapy is excited to offer a brand new program: Cooking with Confidence. Learn kitchen safety, knife skills, and proper use of kitchen appliances. Learn to a follow a recipe and evaluate how a recipe needs to be set up to make sense to you. Explore adaptive kitchen tools that make cooking an easier and more enjoyable experience. This is an Occupational Therapy Program eligible for coverage under the Ontario Autism Program and some extended health care coverage (check with your provider).

Join us! Build self-regulation, social connections, strength, and confidence. This Occupational Therapy program is designed introduce participants to the practice of yoga, accommodating the needs of the students, and adapted to meet individual needs. Watching the kids' confidence and skills grow is a pleasure and privilege for our group leaders.

Join us Saturdays, March 22 - May 3 then again May 10 - June 21, 1:30 - 2:20 or 2:30 - 3:20 for youth kickboxing and self-defense.

In partnership with hybrid training academy, this occupational therapy program focuses on building self-esteem, confidence and self-regulation and offers a safe and supportive community for kids to connect.

The program is eligible for funding through the Ontario Autism program or extended healthcare benefits (check with your providers to ensure you have coverage). We are excited to offer a sliding scale for payments - contact tina@sondertherapy for details.

Just a few more spots available for these groups starting next Saturday, January 25. Come join us at hybrid training Academy, and introduce your child to the sport of kickboxing. Through these programs kids will build self-esteem, strength and conditioning, regulation skills, and have the opportunity for authentic connections with peers.
