I’ve always known I wanted to be a supervisor in this space and help clinicians grow, feel confident and show up the way they knew they can. I have been facilitating peer supervision with my team since we opened in 2022 as a group practice and fell in love with the process.
I finally completed my 40 hours of education and meet the criteria to be able to offer supervision for those with CRPO and OCSWSSW. I bring a blend of clinical modalities that target bottom up and top down approaches for each unique client case. I operate from a non-pathologizing, trauma focused lens that encompasses mental, emotional, physical, spiritual and sexual health.
My supervision is structured, intentional and relationally focused. We start with an assessment of your strengths, and identify areas of opportunities for growth. We review past cases that made you think “Do I even know what I am doing?” And identify the parts of you that get uprooted and awakened along the way (because you are human- just like our clients).
Strong supervision is key to feeling confident in session, easing imposter syndrome and allowing you to show up authentically as yourself in the clinical space.
My experience stems from education, residential, youth justice and community backgrounds. I have experience working with adults, children and youth. I have 5 years of experience in the private practice world specifically and have worked with nuanced and complex cases utilizing different modalities based on client’s needs. Clinically, I lean on Internal Family Systems, Somatic Parts Work, Attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology, nervous system focused, coherence therapy, SAF-NET and incorporate talk therapy techniques (ACT, CBT, DBT, MI) along the way.
If you are looking to grow as a clinician, discover your strengths and begin to show up confidently in session. We might be a great fit to work together :)
