๐ Some big changes are on the horizon for Love the Bump!! ๐โ
โ
I recently accepted a new full-time position with a local non-profit!! Itโs an opportunity that I am so thrilled and excited about, but Iโm also feeling scared and nervous about the changeโฆare there any doulas out there that specialize in big life changes? If thatโs not a thing, it sure should be a thing.โ
โ
I wish I could do both jobs full-time, but unfortunately I found out that I canโt clone myself and that I have to choose just one. Bummer, I know! So I have made some changes to the business to move it from a full-time endeavor to more of a side gig situation. โ
โ
๐คฐ๐ป๐คฐ๐พ I will only be accepting 2 birth doula clients per due month. For years I have been accepting 4 per due month, and was still having to turn people away. With only 2 slots available I will book up quickly, so reach out earlier in your pregnancy to secure a spot ๐๏ธ www.lovethebump.ca

๐ผ I will be relinquishing my beautiful office space. I loved my space, itโs so pretty and inviting. And I'm not going to lie, I also loved not having to drive around the city to meet clients ๐. But, doesnโt make sense to have an office space for a side hustle, does it? So I will be kicking it old school and reverting back to 2018 ways by traveling to my clients for all their prenatal visits.โ
โ
๐ฉโ๐ซ I will no longer be offering group childbirth education classes. My last group class will be this Sunday ๐ญ. I will still be teaching the exact same fun curriculum in person for private classes or through Badass Birth Academy, so there are still lots of ways to learn about childbirth through yours truly. Here is a shameless plug for my digital course if you want to know more about it ๐๏ธwww.badassbirthacademy.com

Itโs been a pleasure and a privilege to serve the Windsor-Essex birthing community in such a big way over these past 10 years. Love you guys so much โค๏ธ
