I am currently completing my certification towards becoming a Labour Doula and would love to tell you about it! This page will record and report on all the exciting aspects of the doula world! As your Doula, specializing in labour, you will be provided with the emotional, physical and informational support needed throughout pregnancy and labour, as well, as immediate post-partum. Not only will my services attend labouring mom's, but, her husband and family as well. By explaining and exploring different birth choices, you will feel empowered during your labour. Multiple studies have determined that the presence of a Doula at your birth can;
Reduce risk of caesarean by 50%. Decreases the need of an epidural by 60%. These three factors are solid gold in the birthing world. Women can birth their way, I can help.
