Massage Therapy has been available ever since the end of the first lock down in 2020 as one of the lowest risk environments regarding Covid19. So now we have come to the end of some of the health restrictions. Massage Therapists in Ontario are still required to wear a face covering, clean our clinical environments according to high Ministry of Health standards and strongly encouraged to be vaccinated against Covid 19. Patients now have the "option" to wear a mask.. The safety and security of our patients is still our number 1 priority. Book an initial one hour or a one hour follow up appointment in the month of October 2021 and receive a free 10 minute extension to your appointment! This dose not apply to MVA or WSIB treatments. Come and stay a little bit longer for the healing and treatment you need.

Good news. I am now licensed to do Motor Vehicle Accident claims to work with your MD, Chiropractor or Physio Therapist and bill your insurer directly!

Since you are able to choose the therapist you would like to work with, come to Riverside and heal in a comfortable, very clean and private space.

Unlike some massage therapy clinics, you will have a confidential space and will not be disturbed by the conversation in an adjacent room

Hello Windsor residents and stranded Snow Birds!

Hey just wanted to remind you that, Adaptable Massage is open during this revised lock down and I am always excepting new clients.

Many of you will be disappointed that you could not escape the cold winter this year. I also dream of those warm places my self. Have you considered you have the option of making the best of things by booking a soothing massage? What if you could experience warmth and relaxation right here, right now!

This last year has been a stressful time for all of us. Helping people manage their stress is something I am passionate about. That's why it is my pleasure to provide a warm, very safe, very clean, comfortable low risk environment where you can come to relax or get treatment for soft tissue conditions. It is not surprising to see clients walking away feeling "much lighter" than when they arrived!

I can direct bill most any primary extended health insurance. If you are uninsured, off work or have been financially disadvantaged by the lock downs we can discuss pricing "one on one" that might work for you.

Not sure how much longer this situation will go on, but I am here to assist you with braving this health storm we are currently in.

So as of this Monday December 26, 2020 I am still open as usual. I will continue to follow all of the guidelines for sanitation and safety. This is an Ontario wide lockdown and I wish there was another way to rid our land of this viral attack. The collateral damage from these lockdowns are great. It's hard to stop thinking about those who are struggling while I am still working. So let's look out for what people need to get through this and extend a helping hand, even if there is a glove on it. Things are very different this Christmas but the reason for the season never changes, he is Christ the Lord. Merry Christmas.

So as of this Monday December 14, 2020 I am still open as usual. I will continue to follow all of the guidelines for sanitation and safety. I am however grieving for everyone affected again by this latest lockdown.

Well here we are 9 months down the road on this crazy journey called pandemic. They just announced further restrictions on gatherings and looks like Christmas is going to look a little different this year. So far this thing has already created a lot of stress for people and brought about some injuries from all the working at home. If you are dealing with something, including stress, and have been ignoring it to the best of your ability, there is still time to book in before year end. So call today and don't let anything get chronic, and deal with that stress.

Well people are starting to come back in for massage and after this unusual and stressful experience inside a pandemic, they are happy to be able to take care of themselves again. I personally am starting to look at how this whole thing has effected me and what silver lining there might be. It was stressful having my practice closed and it wasn't my idea! thank God I am back at it again and helping people go through these trying times.
