The Xperience partners have worked in the Home Medical Equipment industry for over 75 years combined. They realized that there was an increasing need for better service and a higher level of care. This meant being able to respond to customers inquiries faster and carefully selecting quality products that would better service our clients needs. Opening Xperience allowed us to be able to take time to listen and understand what we were doing right and what we could do better. Our own "Xperience" is what sets us apart, and we believe in continuing to change and adapt as your needs do. This makes our partnership stronger and allows us to be a true link in the circle of care. Whether you live in your own home, a long term care home, group home, or a retirement facility we're here every step of the way providing you products for better quality of life. Our Mobility team works to ensure you have the best products to regain or retain your independence. By providing access to both modular and custom solutions we can ensure that your personal needs are met. The Service department is first in line for all necessary repairs to mobility products. From stairlifts to walkers, we fix it. Our priority is your safety and whether your products were purchased at Xperience or elsewhere we promise to provide you with timely and effective service solutions. Our Medical Supplies Division works closely with our clients, delivering custom solutions that provide timely and cost efficient access to everyday medical and continence supplies. They also offer in-home consultations for bracing and compression socks, and work closely with student professionals to ensure that they have the products needed for practical learning.

Peter is a valuable member of the Xperience Windsor team, ensuring every delivery is coordinated seamlessly and arrives to our clients on time.

This past summer, Peter came to us from Nigeria, where he worked in both community and federally owned pharmacies. His future goal is to become a certified pharmacist here in Canada and obtain his license, and we’re glad to support his ongoing efforts along the way.

From Vet Tech to Medical Sales – Meet Terry who recently joined the Medical Sales team at Xperience!

Terry brings over 23 years of experience as a Veterinary Technician, caring for furry companions with dedication. She is a past graduate of St. Clair College in Windsor, who pursued her career but decided it was time for a new challenge.

After gaining valuable experience at InspiAIR, she’s now bringing that same passion and compassion to her new role in medical sales with the Xperience team.

Terry grew up moving around Canada as part of a military family, but now calls Windsor-Essex home, where she’s raising her family. When she’s not working, you can find her enjoying camping trips and cheering at sporting events with her loved ones.
