I wanted to share a quick update on the sauna lounge. After some thought, I decided to make a big change: The refrigerator is gone, and the treadmill has officially taken its place.
I’m a firm believer that our environment should reflect our goals. While a cold drink is nice, I realized the fridge was a bit too much of a "distraction" in a space meant for recovery and health.
The goal here is simple: It’s better to burn calories than to gain them. By swapping the snacks for a treadmill, we’re doubling down on that commitment to wellness. Now, you can transition straight from a heat session into some steady-state cardio or a warm-up, keeping that heart rate up and the momentum going.
