We are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable individual to help support our growing optometric practice and provide excellent care to our patients.

Key responsibilities include:
• Greeting patients in person and over the phone with a warm, professional attitude
• Scheduling and managing appointments
• Assisting with patient check-in and check-out
• Processing insurance billing and understanding vision OHIP billing codes
• Performing preliminary patient testing
• Supporting daily office operations and administrative tasks

✨ Part-time position to start, with potential for full-time hours.
