Once again, another amazing and informative workshop hosted by theholisticharvestco 💛

As women, there’s still so much we’re not taught especially when it comes to our hormones, perimenopause and menopause. It’s something we all go through, yet there’s such limited conversation and education around it.
This workshop really helped me understand how fluctuating hormones can affect our daily lives...our mood, energy, sleep and overall well-being. It made me more aware of what my body is going through and how to better support it.

We also learned about different herbal teas and how they can support the nervous system, liver, gut and hormone balance 🌿 I love that there are natural ways to help our bodies feel more aligned and supported. And one of my favorite parts—we got to blend our own herbal teas and take them home Always grateful for opportunities like this to learn, grow, and take better care of myself. 🌸💆‍♀️🌿💫🌹

Couple of years ago, my husband and I traveled to Key West, one of the places on my bucket list. I’ve always loved anything southern, old and historical. As we were walking around, we passed by this beautiful medical spa that actually resembled our house back home (sort of).
At that time, I already knew deep down that I wanted to open my own business, but of course there was fear involved. The moment I saw that house, I felt this sudden excitement and a wave of energy come over me. It was like a voice saying, “Go ahead and do it.” 🥹🫣🤗
Fast forward to today...we are now celebrating our SECOND YEAR ANNIVERSARY.!!! 🎉🎊 I truly wouldn’t have made it without the support of my family, friends and especially my husband, who has always been my backbone. 💪💪💪
Along the way, I’ve met so many incredible clients who have become regulars and feel more like friends. I wouldn’t be here without your trust .🌿🌿🌿
