Introducing 🥁....... Workshop Wednesdays!!!! 🥳🎉🥳

The last Wednesday of every month, the Smart Healing Centre is proud to be offering a variety of health-inspiring workshops. Each month we will introduce you to something new, allowing you to learn about it, to ask questions, to try it out, and to have a great time!

July's workshop will be:

Class: Introduction to QIgong and Yin style Stretching and Relaxation
