Hôtel-Dieu Grace Healthcare is a specialty, community-based hospital in West-Windsor We believe that spirituality and faith are an integral part of healthcare.

Welcome to Hôtel-Dieu Grace Healthcare (HDGH), where we are committed to improving the health of the community and the region through service, innovation and a commitment to excellence and stewardship. Our goal is to meet the practical, clinical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the people we serve. Therefore, our chaplains are an integral part of the healthcare team helping to meet emotional and spiritual needs while clinicians respond to health needs. HDGH specializes in healthy aging and mobility which includes rehabilitation services and complex continuing care. As well, HDGH is a provider of neuro-behavioural health, specializing in adult mental health, children’s mental health and crisis. HDGH delivers over 25 programs and is located at the sprawling 32 acre Tayfour Campus in Windsor, Ontario.

If you choose to use substances, plan ahead: never use alone, carry naloxone, and know where to get help.

During the holiday season, we kindly ask that you postpone visiting someone in the hospital if you are feeling unwell, even if symptoms seem mild.

Many of our patients have weakened immune systems and are more vulnerable to illness.

If you’re feeling well and choose to visit, please help keep everyone safe by washing or sanitizing your hands frequently. Alcohol-based hand rub dispensers are conveniently located throughout the hospital.

Thank you for helping us protect our patients, employees, and community this holiday season.

We are pleased to share that free parking will be offered across campus from December 24, 2025 through January 1, 2026. Employees and visitors may park in HDGH lots free of charge during this time period.

If you have a loved one at HDGH over the holidays, please note our upcoming Cafeteria Hours.
The In Honour Café, located in the Emara Building will be CLOSED:
- December 25 through December 29
- January 1 & 2

The cafeteria will be open 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. all other days not listed above.
Please note the cafeteria will be closed from 9-9:30 and 12:30-1 on December 24, 30, and 31 to accommodate staff breaks.

While food may not be served on some dates, the cafeteria space in both the Emara and Tayfour Buildings (enter off the main Tayfour entrance) remains open for eating. Please ensure the space is left clean and tidy so that others may continue to use and enjoy the space.
