Together, we honour the strength, courage, and resilience of premature babies and the families who love and advocate for them.

At the John McGivney Children’s Centre, we are proud to support children who were born prematurely as they grow, learn, and thrive. Their journeys may begin with uncertainty, but every milestone is worth celebrating.

We honour and remember the many First Nations, Inuit, and Métis men and women who have proudly served, and continue to serve, in the Canadian Armed Forces. Their courage, sacrifice, and contributions have played an important role in protecting the freedoms we all share.

We thank and honour all Indigenous Veterans for their service.

We are proud to stand in solidarity with the Indigenous community as we recognize Indigenous Disability Awareness Month (IDAM) this November.

We honour the rich contributions of Indigenous Peoples with disabilities in Canada and acknowledge the unique barriers they face.

We invite our families, partners and friends to join us in learning, celebrating and advocating for inclusion and respect for all.

Neil Squire Society would like to join countless provinces, organizations, and communities across Canada and internationally in declaring the month of November as Indigenous Disability Awareness Month.

November 2025 marks the 11th Anniversary of Indigenous Disability Awareness Month (IDAM) in Canada and internationally. Created in 2015 by Indigenous Disability Canada/British Columbia Aboriginal Network on Disability Society (IDC/BCANDS), IDAM recognizes the overwhelming contributions Indigenous Peoples bring to all our communities, as well as highlighting the unique barriers they often face.

🚗🌸 Thinking about getting rid of your car? Why not make it count!

When you donate your vehicle through Donate a Car Canada, the proceeds come directly to support children and youth here at the John McGivney Children’s Centre.

They accept cars, trucks, RVs, boats, and motorcycles ...running or not ... and offer free towing in most areas. Vehicles are either recycled or sold at auction, and you’ll receive a tax receipt for your generous gift.

It’s an easy, hassle-free way to give back, and every donation helps us provide vital therapy, programs, and support to local families.
